Shipping Policy

TRANSIT TIME:-

  • Since we don't mass manufacture and all products are custom made one at a time so usually we dispatch in 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Once dispatched you will get msg from the courier end with a real-time tracking number on your given email address.
  • Our warehouse operates on Monday - Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  • We are not responsible for the delay in transit from the courier company. No refund will be done if the parcel gets RTO. We will reship the order again if the fault is from courier service at free of cost, and will reship the order at extra shipping charges if the fault is by the customers.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS:-

  • For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS:-

  • Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link on their email id and phone number provided from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
